I had an amazing experience! I went in with my friend and we were greeted and instantly felt welcomed. We looked around some and then the appointment went flawlessly. Our consultant really listened to me and was able to pick the perfect dresses. I found the ONE and the rest of the process was super easy. I ended up purchasing my shoes from the website later and then easily scheduled my alterations appointment. My initial alterations consult was easy as well. In and out and the seamstress was knowledgeable. I never felt anything was hidden from me and the process was explained thoroughly. 100% I'd go back for a formal occasion and suggest them to future customers.

We made our appointment for my daughter’s prom dress search the day before and literally walked in buying the first dress she fell in love with that was on the manakin! It was one of 3 left in just her size! We had the best friendly & clever lady named Lexi helping us at Robinson Town Center. My daughter was very pleased with the jewelry, fur over jacket, prom dress, shoes, & crown. We left in literally just a half hour with everything! My daughter is going to have the best memorable time at looking so classy for her senior prom! I’m so happy for her and the price was amazing for such great quality! We drive an hour to the store and were having a nice sale! Being that it’s tax time helped! ud83dude01ud83dudc4dud83cudffbWe really made out today! Thank you Lexi!

Kind of annoyed that I paid almost $500 to have my dress altered and it’s not right and I have to come back yet again to pick it up and hope that it’s right. My dress was off the rack because it wasn’t going be here in time for a brandnNew one. When I came in today to pick it up it was if it wasn’t pressed or steamed at all. Where my shoulders were taken up now look like there are two big holes where the lace overlaps on my shoulders. There were stray strings everywhere that needed trimming. And all of this I was told would be carefully gone over to make sure the dress was like brand new. I’m not picky at all but when I pay $500 to have something altered I expect that whoever is doing the altering would check and make sure the dress is ready because I know for a fact they wouldn’t be happy if that was supposed to be the dress they were getting married in. Whoever did the alterations was careless and you could tell. The girl who helped me today was different then the lady who fitted me and she was very nice and helpful. Hopefully my dress will be right when I pick it up on Monday.

Store was clean and presentable and the staff was nice the second time I was there. Even though I was quoted a price and found out it was a sale and it was over. They was still ready to honor it yet was pressured into either picking the special or leaving it. So I chose. I left it all no matter what. I go back again another day and get one i like and love

I don't particularly enjoy trying on dresses and had been in a week before looking at satin bridesmaid dresses later to find out I needed to be in chiffon. I came in with a list of 20 dresses and Alice at the Robinson, PA location was wonderful and super helpful and kind. I did end up finding two that work. 10/10 recommend working with her . :)
