My boyfriend and I went in not knowing what to expect. Dylan asked us if we needed any help and was able to explain and give us information on all the puppies. He was super helpful and answered all our questions. Not only did he have the puppy’s best interest at heart, but ours. He was really helpful and made the entire process stress free! If you’re a first time owner or in search of a new pet, this is a great place to go.

The store was clean and very welcoming, our experience was wonderful. All staff very friendly, and the gentleman we worked with was especially awesome. He was knowledgeable and we trusted him implicitly. We are thrilled with our new golden retriever puppy!!

I have shopped at this store for a few years now. I get my dog food, treats and toys from this store. Every time I come into this store I am greeted with a smile and everyone there seems to enjoy their job. Most importantly it seems like all the employees are actually pet owners and care about the well being of the animals. The new owners have taken this store to the next level in regards to the cleanliness and organization of the store. All the animal cages are spotless and the store shelves are dust free. I am actually thinking about getting a 2nd dog to keep my golden retriever “Boomer” company while I am at work. This is the store I am definitely going to so I can get my next fuzzy furry friend. I have looked at some of their financing options and they are very reasonable priced with flexible payment options. When me and “Boomer” are ready to get his new brother this is where we are going to find him. Thanks !

Been going to this location for years, and have always been impressed with the staff, cleanliness, and happy healthy puppies. I have 5 dogs from here and they have been the best things to ever happen to me. I would really recommend coming here for your new addition! The puppies are super socialized and you can tell they are so loved!

I purchased two puppies from this location and the staff was excellent, the store was clean and all of the animals looked well taken care of. I came in looking for a Husky and left with a Golden Retriever. This was because the Pet Counselor was very informative about the Husky breed, since she has Huskies of her own and we were able to find the best puppy to fit with my family. The next puppy was a little Chihuahua and both babies are doing very well and are healthy. My Vet is also very please with the health of my babies. I would definitely recommend getting your new puppy from Petland Robinson!
