Level of service continues to deteriorate at the WSECU Town Ctr Branch. We will SOON be closing our regular savings account and money market account and moving our deposits elsewhere. They are more than eager to take your money but when you want/need something beyond depositing money into an account, good luck. Service requests are often responded with (a) we can’t/don’t provide that or (b) the service representative being put for having to do something over and beyond taking your money.

I was going to post a 5 star but Ill just copy Sue C. She nailed it!!! The best credit union in town! Staff always greets me with a friendly smile and are quick to assist with whatever I need. They offer a full array of services from CDs and IRAs to simple checking and savings. They're the largest CU for state employees and retirees and are highly respected and recommended.
