Stopped In for Vasque hiking, extremely limited selection!!! One maybe two.. and none in my size!! Was not offered help to locate any, just offered other size and a sorry! Didn't seem like the outstanding customer service I heard about!!

Every time I walk into the store I want to buy every pair of shoes/boots I see. But I love the extra care of the after-sale work. I can go back in now and then and get the boots some protective touch-up and looking new again. (Well...almost new.) Very cool shop.

My salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a minor inventory issue with the size/style shoe I had selected and Vince stayed on top of it until he was sure I received exactly what I was looking for. Recommended.

If you're going to say you're open, then be open. I really appreciate the waste of my time. Came there on a sunday at 3pm, the site and door say open til 5pm. Fix it.
