Good selection and pricing

Generally I love DSW, but all the tennis shoes seemed like summer shoes. I was looking for leather shoes, but 90% were a mesh material.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and the attendants were paying great attention to detail in cleaning everything after each use. Only gave 4 stars due to them being out of a lot of sizes in shoes I liked.

The sales associate who helped my mom today was amazing. She was kind and patient. She helped her find 2 pair of shoes she's very happy with. She walked around the store with her, helped her find the correct fit, and even removed the packing from the shoes when mom's arthritis was acting up. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. It's nice to see sales associate like that still.

Great for girls, decent for guys. Still more pricey than online orders elsewhere
