Petland Monroeville

I have 5 very beautiful babies from here, they are amazing! I had such a wonderful experience and the staff was very knowledgeable. My babies were also super socialized and you could tell they were loved while they were there! There kennels were also super clean and all puppies had blankets and toys. Will definitely be back!

I came into Petland Monroeville looking for some supplies for my dogs. The place was very neat and clean and all of the animals looked happy and healthy. The staff was pleasant and very helpful and I was able to get the supplies I needed. Their policy on how they are handling the pandemic is great! It was nice to be able to get in and out and not have to wade through customers that are just browsing. Definitely recommend Petland Monroeville for all of your fur baby supplies!

I have been to this store a few times. After being stuck at home all day long with all this COVID-19 stuff I was lonely and looking for a local pet store to check out to see about maybe getting a dog. This store is very well organized / clean, the store shelves are well stocked and most important the animals are happy / well taken care of. When I walked in everyone was busy but they still took the time to greet me and say hello. One of the employees came over and said Hi and wanted to know if I already had a dog or was I looking to get one. He went over the pros / cons of the different dog breeds and wanted to know if I was an active person or more relaxed. He wanted to know this info because he wanted to ensure that I was the perfect match for the dog I was looking at getting but more importantly that the dog was an exact match for me. After speaking with him for a few minutes he introduced himself as the store owner. I was really amazed by how friendly and genuinely concerned he was about all the pets in the store. He let me play with some of the dogs and went over the importance of nutrition when having a new puppy. He also went over all the different purchasing / finance options that he had available to help me get the exact dog I wanted. There was really no sales pressure in trying to figure out which dog to get and most importantly he made me feel like this was going to be my future pet store for all of my future dog’s needs. It was almost like I was joining the Petland family or something. It was really a cool learning experience. Thanks !

Myself and my husband just adopted a new puppy. We stopped in the store to browse around pet supplies and compare prices to pet smart. We were asked to leave because we did not make an appointment. We didn’t want to see any puppies we simply wanted to shop for supplies for our new puppy. We left and won’t return. We have 4 dogs and will be taking our business elsewhere.

The staff is knowledgeable about every single puppy and can aid in finding your next fur baby!nnI had trouble finding my dogs food in the area, and the staff was super helpful and offered to special order it for me each month!
