Terrible billing practices. Unknown charges not billed for years only to receive a collection letter. Account resolved, I thought. Surprise! Just received another collection letter after a year in a half. Of course they have no record of what was negotiated. Bad bad company.

Been trying to contact all day. To messages stating that they are closed. Today is Wednesday. Their hours our 9-5 Monday through Friday and limited hours on Saturday.
Need to make your return policy more visible and a heck of a lot more specific. I get some things can't be returned but don't hide it. Make it more visible so people can be more cautious of what they purchase and you keep business. This type of slimey tactic will lose my business. Oh and should have purchased online $40 cheaper and 30 day return policy.
I cannot say enough about the amazing job MyMedSupplies has done during the Covid-19 crisis.They have gone above and beyond to source out much needed supplies to the public and our healthcare community. Highly recommend and grateful they are in our community.
