Ordered a starter on Monday and said I MUST have it to work this weekend (or Dave would miss two days work over it.)nnSaid I'd prefer to have it shipped rather than pick it up if possible.nnIt was just shipped 15 minutes before closing time today (Friday.)nnIt would only have taken a phone call to prevent this.nnNo phone call. ...And Dave gets to stay home without pay.nnNot happy at all. Zero stars.

Super helpful people, they are friendly and easy going. Jesse Bares spent a lot of time trying too find a part for my hot tub motor. The factory gave him the run around but he was persistent. Thanks!

I wondered into the shop with a certainly dumb question and, despite me not being a pro contractor (their primary clientele), these guys took the time to test out an electrical component I brought and offer some suggestions how to move forward on resolving my electrical issue. Thanks!

Been looking for a while for a place like this. Always has what I need for industrial motor controls. Higher priced than most other places but the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
