Waited 30 minutes to buy their baby pink toed tarantula. All female employees refused to get the tarantula, they made the male worker do it who was ringing up customers and carrying supplies to the customer's car. Come to find out after that long wait, that the poor tarantula was dead! This store doesn't care for their animals at all. Shouldn't sell them. Employees don't care to help customers. Don't ever go here.
Every time I shop at this store I am greeted with friendly employees. The selection offered is impressive. They always have what I am looking for.
I will not shop here again... the manager John who is on duty wasn't professional at all and they have items marked incorrectly. When I pointed out to the manager he blamed it on the customers. Way to take ownership by blaming your customers instead of marking down the product $7 and then making sure all the items are placed in the correct spot. Good customer service doesn't exist here well not atleast for me.
My problem is that the frozen rodents are always out of stock. This would be the forth time I have drove out of my way, to get an item that wasn't there. I shouldn't have to call everytime, I should just trust that the place that sells the pets, are able to provide the needed supplies.nnOnce or twice is fine, but this is becoming a regular routine, which in turns makes me worry for the well being of the snakes they sell that rely on the out of stock rodents.
Don’t understand how you can go to other locations and they can look up the receipt with your phone number but this one can’t. Purchased 2 crates not even a week ago and they will only issue you store credit because a receipt was probably never gave to my husband. Always have issues you with this store.
