The Good Feet Store

The experience was phenomenal, I stopped in being in the area and as a customer of arch supports from the good feet store from years back I thought that it was time to have my feet checked and see if I was due for new supports. the sales person Chris said to me that I was in need of new replacements and said well do you want the good news or the good news and i replied ok good news only. LOL she told me the replacements were under warranty and there was no charge! I was in utter shock cause I bought mine 15 years ago and thought id have to pay for new ones. I must say that this was a day of great gratitude and happiness. being a business owner myself of 30 years, I understand the importance of customer service and will brag about the good feet store to all my customers for shore!

My experience at the Good Feet Store was very pleasant and helpful. Dan was very knowledgeable about the products and how to use them. I am following his directiona and have had no adverse issues. Looking forward to them helping my problem. It was quite a distance to the store but hopefully it was worth the drive.

I bought my first pair of sole insert in 2010. I went back a few weeks ago to buy a new pair while still wearing my old ones. The lady asked to see my old pair. She proceeded to tell me they had a lifetime warranty and I didn’t have to buy a new pair since I had my old pair. Good news for me and I cannot go without them. Great customer service! Thank you!

I always wore orthotic due to high arches but the good feet are exceptional and already have decreased back, hip, and knee pain and it has been 4 days. Price is extremely high but it is worth it if it decrease your pain
