I gave this such a low rating because I just feel they’re not very observant. I’m not sure if most people understand what a white and red cane is for but everyone should know it is for the visually impaired or the blind. And I was walking with mine into the store and the young cashier that was there that day gave me some kind of toothpaste that was gel for my dog that had no texture well that is not a good thing for a Visually impaired person. And I called the store and spoke to this young lady and she did not know what the white and red Cain was for. Just not a very good experience

Love this store. Even though my permanent residence is not Moab I buy my dog food here. They have a good selection of high quality dog food and much more. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and obviously love what they do.

Really friendly staff. Lots of healthy options for treats. A little pricey though many places like this are. They sure love dogs and gave them several treats in the store. They also had some free samples of things to try at home. We ended up spending more than we wanted but left happy

We only bought a collar for our dog here, but the woman at the counter was very nice. Its a fun quirky pet store.

Amazing store and team! We were in the area visiting and needed some things - the staff is so helpful and kind - and their selection of items is fantastic!
