Believe the reviews. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a retail shop. Waited around for someone to finally help me and when I gave the guy my size, he left and never came back. Watched him from across the store dancing and laughing and finally I had to ask someone else to help me. One of the worst retail shops I’ve ever been in.
Great selection, great prices, horrible employees. We stood right by where the employees were going in to get shoes and had about five or six workers continually ignore our requests. Had one girl tell us she was gonna be right back and went to wait on a completely different customer. Had another worker practically run away from us. The only good worker in the entire store was the cashier. Will NEVER shop here again. Have never experienced any groups of workers more rude in my entire life, and I work fast food.
Horrible customer service, i called to inquire about some jordans for my kids birthday. The employee had a conversation with someone else while on the phone and when i asked about the jordans they said they didnt have them. I asked what jordans they had in stock and they hung up the phone on me. I called to ask because i didnt want to waste my time driving there when i live an hour away. They lost my business before i even stepped foot in the door.
