I've been shopping with Rainbow for years online and various locations, but the one in the Penn Hills plaza needs to work on their customer service and greeting their customers when walking in to the store. They also need to have less conversations with each other and more conversations with customers and see what is they are wanting and looking for. Other than that Rainbow has amazing price for kids, juniors and women's along with plus size.
They always have what I need. An the price is Always a Good Price.
Its getting better. The employees are alot nicer.
Sales girl either had no manners or rude or both. Wont go back to that store.
