If you’re looking to purchase something from the brands they carry, it’s worth the trip in over buying online elsewhere or at a big retailer. With limited people downtown right now, they appreciate the visit.nAdditionally, they were all very welcoming to our pup that joined us that day which is always extra appreciated!

Great, professional customer service and knowledgeable staff -- so helpful! They handled a special order quickly and easily, providing insight on the style and sizing. Support did not end with the sale, they followed up and tracked it through to delivery. Upon receipt at the store, the items were shipped out quickly, packed with great care and tracking info provided -- love the personalized, handwritten note inside the box!
