VERY helpful employee helped get me into a nice looking pair of dress shoes. Will definitely shop here again!

I visited the Clarks store on Thursday November 13, 2014 in the evening. There was a manager and a sales representative on the floor and ready to help in my decision making process. They were both more than attentive and let me try on practically every boot on the display. I purchased two pair and wore the first of the two today. I love, love, love the dove gray ones that are a shorter boot with a funky flair. I wouldn't have normally looked at them but am loving all of the compliments that I have received. Of course, they are super comfy. I wanted to write a quick note and praise the two women who assisted me. They are quality employees and a fine representation of the store. From one shoe lover to another...I highly recommend this location! Thank you!

The shoes are dependable and provide comfortable options for people with foot conditions and issues. The highlight of the stores is great customer service. The sales reps are extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I have never been disappointed. The stores like Macy's sell them too but Clark's stores are wor th an experience
