I went to High Field for a rapid COVID test and was highly impressed with the process and the customer service I received. The staff was so friendly and took the time to go over the results with me. The online process for obtaining a test was easy and I was emailed right back with an appointment time. The results came back while I was in the parking lot just 20 minutes after they swabbed my daughter's nose. I will definitely return to High Field in the future. Thank you High Field for offering this service. I wish more Urgent Cares around the city would offer this convenient service.
Pretty Disappointed, I needed to get a rapid test before visiting my grandmother to help her complete paperwork before going to a nursing home. Tried calling 4 times early am, was finally directed to fill out all the online paperwork, waited all day, no return call or an email for scheduling like I was told would be sent. Tried calling back no answer. I never leave bad reviews but this is pretty unprofessional.
I’ve been to this clinic twice now. They always greet me with a smile and ask how I’m doing along with family that goes there. They take the time to have a conversation about what is going on and are always super thorough. They order the appropriate tests to ensure they are not bypassing anything. They have the appropriate testing equipment all in the same building so you don’t have to go elsewhere. What I love most about their staff is how caring they are. From the nursing assistants, techs, nurses, NPs and MDs -they always explain what they are doing and why. I wish there was a questionnaire I could fill out to recognize how great the staff has been to me - so I figured a google review would be best! I hope the owner of the clinic reads this and recognizes all of their hard work :)
Needed rapid covis test, was told to fill out on on line forms (which required a photo of my license & front & back of insurance card). Said an email would be sent for an appointment time. That was Thursday morning, as of Tuesday morning no email & I've tried calling a dozen times. Their number 920-1800 forwards to a voice mail system that have several different extentions. Left voice mails, no return call. At this point, I'm thinking I just need to contact the BBB & Attorney General.
My wife came here for Covid testing, as this location is listed on the Health Department's website of locations. The government websites (health and human services, and health department) state that testing for Covid is free. After making an appointment and filling out the two forms on their website, no indication was given that there would be a fee. We received three additional follow-up emails prior to the schedule test with no mention of there being a cost.nnAfter they swabbed her nose they presented her with a $100 bill. She was very surprised as nothing was stated anywhere prior to the appointment that the tests would not be free as stated on the government websites that referred us there. The family in the car next to her was also surprised and angry about receiving a surprise $200 bill for their tests.nnWe're very upset about the deception in cost for testing during a pandemic. This should be free, as stated on government websites, and if not free STATE THAT CLEARLY. This is going to discourage testing in a time when testing is so crucial.
