Of all the US Bank branches in the Lacey/Olympia area, this one is my favorite. The tellers are friendly in a sincere (versus fake) way. I've had things notarized; I've opened additional accounts, and the service has always been great!

Great bank with helpful people... I've been banking there for over 10 years. Chances are that if you found the bankers unhelpful (like the previous review), you were probably unprepared or being unreasonable. Happy to set the record straight... Banked a lot of places, but US Bank has been the best on so many levels.
