I was shopping at the Waterfront store in Homestead PA with my elderly mother who has difficulty walking I would just like to mention that the sales associates Beth went the extra mile assisting us. Ann and the other sales associates a gentleman was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I haven't had the opportunity to shop at that store but they have a wonderful selection the only difficulty I had was trying to narrow down my choices and I will continue to shop there. I think they have the best selection in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend shopping there

I was looking for a nice non slip shoe, I found Dansko. Well they ran a little big for a 9. But she says 41... I asked sales guy what is the USA conversion on the size chart? His response was oh well they do run a little big, a 41 is equal to a 9, 9 1/2 somewhere on that scale. I asked if he could look it up just to be sure cause I had a lot of room, but I planned on wearing a footie sock... he didn't look it up, he stood firm on his word. Well I Google which I should have done to begin with. 41 is equal to an USA size 10.5-11 .... I would have wasted $89.95 on shoes. The shoes are in the wrong box to begin with. Disappointed. Really nice looking shoes though.

Hadn't shopped there in a while. I found a cute pair of shoes on sale. The sales associates were marvelous.
