This is an amazing hospital. I was in the ED and was seen promptly. Physicians and nurses were amazing. I think those who write reviews on here don't understand what the ED is truly meant for. I see a lot of comments saying the wait is long. Presby and Mercy ED waits can be up to 4-5 hours. If you don't like it then go elsewhere!

The hospital grounds are amazing and the staff was exceptional to my wife to me on the other hand they were rude dismissive and at times would answer my questions directly to my wife as if she had asked and I wasn't there. Several nurses and a doctor acted the same way. I ordered a tray of food for 9 dollars that came well after the kitchen was closed with burnt chicken tenders and mac and cheese, when I finally got in touch with hospitality they wouldn't give me a refund even though I still had the uneaten tray sitting there all night.

My experience here wasn't that great. My son was born 3 weeks early so I tried to find a hospital pretty close to home. The birthing wasn't bad. But after I had my son, they did a drug screening on me all because he www born a few weeks early weighing 6lbs the nurse who ordered the test was rude and looked like she could've gained some weight. I had a male physician do an exam on me with no female nurse and no female doctor present. But the worst part of my stay in when the social worker opened her mouth and called CYF because I told her my now ex boyfriend was abusive. That breaks the patient doctor confidentiality. So the caseworker came in the day I was getting discharged. That social worker definitely crossed the line. And they were supposed to have a specialist come in to teach me how to breastfeed never happened. The only good thing about my stay was some of the nurses were friendly and the food was pretty ok. If I ever have another child in the future, I'm not coming back to this hospital.

I came here for chemo treatment (4 x every 3 weeks) after having my lumpectomy. The nurses on the 4th floor are very caring and pleasant to work with. 24 hours prior to my treatment I had to have blood drawn by the lab on the 1st floor, the only issue I had was one nurse once used too big of a needle to draw my blood and I screamed. After that experience I talked with the nurses about my concern and they were quick and professional. If your looking for somewhere to stay, we highly recommend the Oaklander Hotel it's a 7 min walk but it's worth it for the comfort since we were traveling from out of town.

I've had multiple surgeries and appointments here and it's always been a good experience. They know what they are talking about when it comes to everything I went here for and are the best of the best in my opinion.
