I have been a patient at the Browns Hill Road location since 2018. The first year was great. Very professional, friendly, and they truly cared about my health. Then the second year, my primary doctor abruptly left and the front desk staff were unfamiliar faces. The quality of care and concern declined greatly. The worst experience was this past week when I waited almost an hour sitting in room without being checked on. This is when I decided to begin a journey of finding a new doctor. Do not go here if you care about your health. Insurance is too expensive to have rude service.

I love this place! They have much kindness and compassion. It’s not fancy, but the facility is clean and the staff are professional and thorough. They truly care for all their patients. They are a wonderful bunch taking care of those less fortunate with the same attention and benevolence as anybody else. Also is convenient to get to and it has free parking. I strongly recommend this office!

They never accept calls. When we go in they say you need appointment. How tf are we suppose to make appointments if you guys never accept calls? I don’t recommend this at all. Find better then this garbage.

Small parking lot, but it's free parking so I'll take it. There's a light at one exit so getting back to driving is easy.nnAs for the health center itself, it has medical and dental on-site. They speak several languages, including sign. They tend to be very busy but as friendly as possible whilst trying to keep everything running on time (and thus far they've been good at seeing us at the proper appointment times, so I've no complaints there).nnOf the lab techs, we've only had one we didn't much like, but the others have all been above and beyond. Both doctors we've had appointments with at this location have been great. They also have a 24/7 line to call, though it didn't seem the reps on the line had access to patient records so are more for advice and answering basic questions. Still very nice to have.nnThe rooms are small but nice. Overall, if you're insured and can go here it's definitely a good place to settle into.
