Drove 45 minutes to come to this store on Sunday. Hours say open Sunday 11 to 6. Posted online and on the door. Was there at 12:30. Locked up tight. No one in sight. It's the 21st century and people still can't figure out how to use a website to change the hours of operation. And based on the other reviews it's doubtful I'll be back.
I came to this store this morning and was told by the employee that he was closed and didn’t know when the store would open because he just got a shipment of shoes. Posted hours said they were open. Sketchers employees get to make up their own hours and decide what they do and do not want to do while they’re working? What kind of business is that? Sad, because I usually get such great service here.
Hours are limited by COVID, but selection is huge. Salesperson drove from Ohio to open store and was very helpful.
I just went I to this place. I was the only person in there customer wise. Three employees were there. One woman, 2 men. Not one of them ever offered any help, or greeted me. This was my first, and last time in this store. All three plus some guy that was in a red and black striped shirt that worked in Me Creuset, hiked out of the store, and smoked cigarettes, in front of the store. They were saying how bored they were. Well you had a customer that would have loved to have made a purchase.
The staff was super helpful but in no way pushy. Its nice when sales people are actually conversational and not pushy.
