Would rate 0/5 if that was an option. During our time in store, my boyfriend wanted to try on a pair of shoes, the store didn't have the shoes in his size but told us they could order them in store and have them shipped to our house for free, we thought that would be great since he already had the shoes in a different color so we knew they would fit. When asked what size my boyfriend told the woman a 10, asked for our email, phone number, and we paid and left. Well yesterday we get the shoes in the mail in a size 12! I called to try and return them and was told since it was purchased in store I could not return them in the mail, which is a huge inconvenience considering the closest store to us is 2.5 hours away. I would just like to know why they are unable to return something that THEY made a mistake in. Ridiculous!

Actually left bad review last week. However they more than enough made up for mistake. Actually gave me 12% back reordered shoes and got them the day they said they would be there. Thanks Mike hes the man to see

Fantastic! Organized, all clothes were neatly folded, sales associates were helpful, yet not in your face. And they always seem to have a sale!!

Very friendly place , workers were awesome , my son tried on alot of shoes and nothing but kindness and smiles. We were their for maybe a lil over an hour and not one person was annoyed with getting my son shoes and showing him the latest shoe that was out. Awesome place ud83dude01 . Made a visit today and found a great pair of shoes relatively quick. That being said the customer service was very rude. Associate Nickolas severely lacking in the basics of respect and common courtesy. I understand customer service is annoying, but the bare minimum would’ve worked just fine.
