Talbots

Talbots is a great place to shop with an excellent selection of clothes and great service.

Went in to get boxes from an online purchase. The woman that waited on me was very rude, and short-tempered. I usually get great service at the Ross Park Talbot's, but not this time. Disappointed.

Just left the store where an elderly woman who worked at this location told my 2 year old he was making her mad because he was hugging shirts.nnThis woman and her comment was extremely rude and I am shocked.

I went to Ross Park Mall Talbot's to exchange 2 pair of pants I ordered on line but didn't fit. The saleswoman picked out 4 pair of pants for me to try on then I never saw her again. I came out of dressing room to see if she could help me but since she was only one there she couldn't. I waited about 20 minutes in line just to get my pants back because I decided to take them to another Talbot's that maybe could help me more.

Expensive and stodgy.
