Successful in getting special shoes for my need. Takes time for in-house supply without orders elsewhere during these days of uncertainties. Knowledgeable staff.
Terrible service. 5 groups of customers including us and both staffers are chatting behind the register in low tones. Had to verbally ask for attention and help after standing staring at them from 3 feet away for like 30 sec.
Great customer service but they don't have all shoes on display in stock.
Found nice pair if shoes for a reasonable price.
