They didn't have our sizes in one store, so an employee checked and saw they had them at the other store and was able to get a hold on them for us to pickup. This was all after she held our items at the first store while we had to leave in the middle of shopping suddenly. She was very helpful. All the employees were really nice at both stores.

Expensive Crocks and they changed the style. I have a problem with my arch fitting the shoe because they changed the style. I have 2 pairs from long time ...years agonThey are different.nIf its not broke Why fix it...leave well enough alonenIt's like Japanese or china sizes lol

I had the worst experience with one of the employees he was so catty. He was so verbally agressive to me and bullied me while another employee was helping me at the register. I was so uncomfortable that I had to drop what I was doing and get out of there as fast as I could. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had anywhere before. This employee walked around the store watching what me and my friend were doing to pick a fight. I wish I could do zero stars but it didn’t give me the option. Will not be going back. 6/18/2020 3:00pm two guys and one girl was working.

Great experience with the staff at this store. I'm alway impressed with how youth working retail handle themselves in these crazy times. Britt was incredibly accommodating and helpful while we were searching for the perfect travel shoes for my mother, which isn't easy because she has neuropathy and struggles with severe foot pain. Britt and the othet 2 gentlemen working were knowledgable about the shoes and very patient with their assistance while maintaining appropriate social distancing.

Employees were all so willing to help when needed.
