I just purchased a pair of new balance of 1540 V3 Running shoes From best shoes it is not my 1st purchase from them I have been very satisfied They are very knowledgeable

These people are liars and they are rude. My shoes were brought in to see how much they would be to replace the cork and soles. They were not in the best condition but they were still wearable and the sole was attached to the cork, which was not the case when I got them back. As I was not at the store, my husband texted me the repair price, we decided it wasn’t worth the cost to repair. The shoes were brought back to me and the sole and cork were no longer attached. I was just wearing them before they were taken to the store so I know what state they were in. When I contacted the store they were just rude and said they did nothing to my shoes. Also, apologies go a long way, instead of trying to be so defensive. Again, I know the condition of my shoes when they left the house and when they got back to the house.
