Their customer service is always on point.
Always have such a great experience ordering from here, love being able to have our cat food delivered to our doorstep! Mud Bay always goes out of their way to make sure they’re providing the best customer service, and the quality of their items is always great as well. Wouldn’t choose anywhere else to shop for necessities for our kitty!

Always fun new things to look at for pets and an amazing treat section with lots of variety of size and flavoring. My girl loves her Mud Bay treats. Very fast and friendly service to top it off.
great store.. but no clothing in my dogs size... 1 cashier kinda acted like she didn't want to help me.. the other was fabulous
