My american pit bull has eaten nulo from mudbay for the past four years, unfortunately we now are on a journey of switching foods, but certain muddies make it quiet difficult to to feel welcome and appreciated in their presence, today noah at the Olympia location laughed in my face when he asked for two sample bags, he basically told my husband to go buy a big bag if he needed it, which is totally disrespectful and uncalled for. THE FOOD MANUFACTURERS DONATE THOSE SMALL SAMPLE BAGS FOR MUDBAY CUSTOMERS TO TRY NEW FOODS WITH THEIR FURBABIES THEY ARE NOT FOR SALES THEREFORE MUDDIES NEED TO STOP ACTING LIKE THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE TRYING TO STEAL FROM THEM.
We love this store! The west side location is our go-to. All of the people who work there are so into the dogs that come in and so eager to offer advice and knowledge. My pup hates baths at home, so we take him here for his bathing needs and he loves it (Except for the toe nail clipping, but thats not the associates fault, lol). The selection is great from food to treats to accessories and everything in between.
The employees are always so friendly and helpful when I come in! Today, I brought my dog in with me for the first time, to get a new harness. We were given quality service as they spent the time needed in making sure that we got one that fit my awkward-shaped dog properly.
The only place I shop for my animals. Have everything you could need and all at better prices than Petco. Weird for a boutique but I'm in love with their customer service, guarantees, and products
Mud Bay is the best! They have a hand washing/sanitation station by the front door and have masks available if you forgot yours. I was immediately offered assistance, they were very friendly and literally carried all my items out to the car including two gigantic bags of litter. Mud Bay staff continuously go out of their way to be helpful. Thank you!
