Angela, the manager, was very helpful in helping me to clear a check. I need the money to close on a house in Florida and she was able to expedite the process. I know she had to make several calls in order to make this happen, and I am very grateful! Thanks Angela!

DO NOT USE THE ATM’S AT THIS BANK...I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT MY CARD IN THE MACHINE FOR 1 MINUTE AND IT SUCKED IT BACK IN AND SHREDDED IT AND I AM 1500 MILES AWAY FROM HOME WITH NO OTHER MEANS FOR MONEY...THIS BANK MUST THINK MORE ABOUT CHEAPER ATM MACHINES THAN THEY DO THEIR CUSTOMERS...YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD PURCHASE THE MACHINES THAT WANT GIVE THE MONEY UNTIL THE CARD IS PULLED FROM MACHINE LIKE 99% OF THE COUNTRY HAS NOWud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

No Customer Service what so ever

I love the Moon Dollar Bank! The employees are super friendly and are always able to help me when i have questions. They did a lot of upgrading this past year and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend this bank.
