I recently order the Shark ADV 400 for my 20 gallon planted tank. What I received was a used canister, most other parts were new, but the even flow attachment for the more gentle option was missing from the package. Also the whole box it came in was beat up beyond what could have happened in the package, worn corners with missing pieces of the box itself. It was obvious to me that these things had been stuffed back into the box before it was shipped. The tiny little instruction manuals were nearly in a ball. It was a very disappointing experience and at least for now I will not be ordering from saltwateraquarium.com. Free shipping is nice, used products not so much. I guess after making their millions quality isn't a high priority, since I've been emailing and sending Facebook messages for 3 days with no response
