VERY RUDE Branch Manager asked her name then said she can’t help me and hung up the phone twice. When I tried calling back regarding my account they wouldn’t answer and said that I was harassing them. Not sure how that works.

The hours are great and it's close to my home and work. The people that work their are wonderful and very friendly. I love this bank

Lazy. Wouldn't let me open an account at 4:40 because they close at 5:00.

This bank is a pale shadow of the bank they bought, Susquehanna Bank. BBT has taken four months to return a balance on a home equity line paid off by refinance with another lender on November 8, 2018. This branch has tried to resolve it (hence two stars and not one), but so far (March 4, 2019) even they are still getting the run-around from mother BBT.nBottom line, bank somewhere else.

Completely incompetent. Unable to cash a payroll account drawn off their bank because they couldn't understand how it worked.
