Took our baby there to use the dog wash. It was a very nice experience. He smells so nice. Staff was very accommodating since this was our first time. Would be 5 stars but noticed the aprons that are provided had s lot of fur Left on them. Floors could use A bit more traction as they get very slippery. There is floor mats but they don't cover the whole area.

This place used to be 5 stars, and it probably would be still, if not for one fatal flaw. The corporate overlords that treat these poor people like numbers. I went in so many times and learned that another really nice person had left and upon asking learned most of the time that it was due to low wages and poor treatment driving them away. I refuse to support a company that barely wants to pay their employees when they were giving excellent service...such a shame, this company has potential but they will never achieve it at the rate they are going. Maybe if things change then I will be willing to give them another shot, but until then, don't waste your money supporting this company.
