Dr. Carter Le in Kaiser's urology office is garbage. So is Kaiser for employing him. Took a month to get a telephone appt in which his only advice was to drink water and repeat imaging in a year.nnHe is a urologist and told me that the urethra is located INSIDE the VAGINA. What the FUCK?nnHe referred me for x-ray in a year and then later said that x-ray is not accurate to view kidney stones. (???)nnHe was at all times condescending and arrogant.nnPOS with the title of doctor. Go to the ER instead of wasting time with him. You'll get better care there, no matter what your problem is, and no matter how shitty is the ER you visit.

They will take an overpaid and when you ask for a reasonable refund they ignore your request and make you fight for money that is yours. $900 buck, and they still want next months premium payment.

I would like to give a shout out to Kaiser, i joined Kaiser in January of this year and have not been disappointed. I have been a patient a few times and have been treated well each time. Staff that works there is knowledgable, caring and compassionate. The physicians, Pa’s and Nps are top notch. I would highly recommend it.

I love kaiser been with them 22 years. I came in 2 hours befor they closed urgent care, I was seen and even tho i could tell they were rushing, the doctor and nurses still gave great care. I really like this location and the puyallup one staff is very kind.

Really like both of the doctors I have seen here, but scheduling and logistics are IMPOSSIBLE. You can almost never talk to a person, and once you do it seems like the people scheduling you don't know how to work their own system - be ready to spend at least half an hour on the phone. When you do get a call back, there is never a way to directly contact the person who called you, so you're just back to being on hold. I have been constantly shuffled between different providers, so continuity of care is almost non-existent. Only saving grace is the doctors I have seen were both great, but doesn't make up for the nightmare that is scheduling or the fact that I can never get an appointment with the same person even when the visits are for the same concern.
