Sold me a pair of boots that were DEFINITELY used before. The zipper didnt work and there were brackets missing at the top of one boot (they were lace up style). I gave them as a gift to my sister and we didnt find out until later. She tried them on at home and got some hair and particles in the crevices of the bottom sole but they were not worn outside. The owner took one look at them, ignored the fact that the shoes were defected before I bought them, and let the cashier repeat to me time and time again the same sentence almost as if rehearsed 'we cannot accept shoes that have been worn for returns or exchanges' so after the 5th time i said you can keep the shoes I'll write a review about my experience here. Do not shop here. Horrible experience
You can find just about any type of shoes here, especially for special events. They are very affordable and not the greatest quality but if you need shoes for one evening you will find them here. Comfort wise I would say they are decent but it depends on the shoes you pick. If you pick 5 inch heels don't expect to dance all night... Even Louboutin can't make a 5 inch heel feel like Naturalizer.
I would NEVER recommend buying shoes here. They do have a large selection and many suited my evening gown. However, their shoes killed my feet. I was insanely uncomfortable after just 20 minutes of wearing them around. Parts of my feet went numb and I ended the night with large blisters. My cousin purchased a pair for the evening as well and had just as terrible of an experience.
Do not buy from this store unless you are certain you won't have to return your item! Especially at Xmas time! As everyone does, we purchase gifts ahead if time, they will not let you return even hours after the 7 day return policy as well tried to do since my daughter just got Home from college. Great way to run a business, and stick you to a sale your not happy with so they don't lose a dollar! will never shop there again. We also found a much better quality boot made in the US for half the price!!!. Wouldn't give 1 star if I had the option!
The absolute best selection of sparkly shoes! If you need a spectacular pair of shoes with an affordable price, this is the place... These are NOT high quality shoes, but they will get you through your special occasion with flare!
