Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar

What can you say, other than yum.

Writing this review while I'm still sitting here because this place is AMAZING. Little bit of a wait to get in on a Friday night, but it was so worth it!! We got the lasagna, a bufala salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and rigatoni and every dish was STELLAR. Fastest service I've ever received at a restaurant...our food was out 5 minutes after ordering. Michael was our server and was fantastic, attentive, very knowledgeable about the wine selection, and made great food suggestions for our party's dietary needs. I'm only visiting the Denver area for the weekend, but would seek this place out again next time and highly recommend it.

Everyone else stay away this is our place and you can't have it. Seriously though, when we moved to Louisville a year ago we immediately went to Parma because it is such a treasure. We discovered it when my wife was in labor at avista hospital and we could not wait to get back. in the current climate we can't dine indoors but we still manage to pick it up once or twice a month curbside. This is our absolute favorite place to eat in Louisville Superior.
