Yum!!!nnI'm from Austin, TX and loved getting a little Texas in at Waterloo in Colorado. Also grew up going to the owner's father's record store with my Dad, so that was a nice memory. Love the decor and the upstairs patio is awesome. Def coming back for the margs! I see myself and my boyfriend returning to Waterloo weekly for some good food and cocktails!

Love Waterloo! As fairly new Louisville residents, Waterloo quickly became a favorite in my house. We have been numerous times and all the food is always delicious and I highly recommend the blood orange margarita, too! The rooftop deck is great for outdoor socially distanced dining and just enjoying Colorado's beautiful weather. The inside also has great ambiance. They are also offering to-go orders right now during COVID. Definitely recommend!

I never leave reviews. Plain and simple. My food was awful. I ordered a very simple option. A waterloo burger. Hard to mess up. Burnt almost all around paired with the most tasteless fries. Super disappointed with my choice of dinner tonight!

First time at Waterloo - I got the Pork Street tacos and definitely was not disappointed! I normally don’t eat anything that has avocado in it, but it was mixed with jalapeños so they made a terrific pair. The pork was juicy and the tortillas were adorable - I guess food can be adorable right? For any southerner visiting, I recommend the Texas Tea. Overall, fantastic visit! Shout out to Al for being a fabulous while waiting on us - 10/10

We met some local friends here while in town, and we were so impressed with this place. We got seats on the rooftop, and enjoyed some great cocktails and delicious food. The service was very prompt, and the food was of the highest quality. Excellent place overall. I would bring anyone here for a good night out, and delicious food and drinks. The cheese curds are fantastic, the honey green Chile just works well overall. Combine that with some fresh burgers with quality ingredients, it’s worth repeating ud83eudd18ud83cudffb
