Just went in and found some cute sandals on sale. Saleswoman, though very nice, sold them to me and neglected to tell me it was final sale or that the sandals were DAMAGED.nI got home and realized there was a deep cut in the leather on the inner foot of the sandals and brought them back within an hour of buying them. The owner said if I walked out of the store with them it was a final sale and there was nothing I could do. These shoes were damaged and the owner and their employee were not forthright nor accommodating to fix their over sight and made it my problem ( the customer) . Terrible business practices!!
Bought Dr. Martens here ~ glad to have a local option to avoid UO or Amazon!
My husband and I really enjoyed this store. The staff was super sweet helping us not with just shoes but suggesting other shops and restaurants. Great customer service.
The shoes here are absolutely to die for. All of the current styles, and very honest and helpful service. Highly recommend this local business
Just bought THREEEEEEEE pair of shoes from this store this past weekend bc their selection is AMAZING, sales are FABULOUS and I loved the manager, Kristin and Manager, Alex. You WANT to support them. Do yourself a favor - GO THERE!
