Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar - Boulder

As I've visited here multiple times, this place is a must-go.nIt's so good, the delicacy and satisfaction in this place is beyond excellent.nIt was my first visit in couple month due to COVID-19, I made a reservation in prior to dine-in, which was a good idea. I brought some of my new friends here, and I can say that no other place would've been able to serve us better.nWe love their fresh oysters, Glacier Bay being the top of my list, but every other menu was beyond flavorful and excellent.nThe server, who I've seen her often here before, was so enthusiastic and helpful, offered to set the table up multiple times in our transition of platters of oysters, seafood, and entrees.nI recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood, and promise that this place deserves the best seafood lovers in town of Boulder.nI'll be back shortly!

You know when you eat an amazing meal and you get that post food glow? Yeah, that's this place. The food is absolutely amazing every single time. The seafood is so fresh and delicious and always cooked to perfection. And the service is impeccable. I always feel so at home and at ease in this restaurant. Highly recommend!

Not often do I come through Boulder, CO.nBut when I do, I always make sure to swing by Jax there. Tonight was kinda weird - had just come off a research project and wasn't sure if they'd let pups on the patio. They sure were accommodating and I would especially like to give a shout-out to Brooke and Sierra for their utmost professionalism and hospitality, despite some of the weirdo's on Pearl Street. Normally, I go back for the food but this time Brooke, Sierra, and Scott made my experience worth it. 11/10

My favorite spot for quality seafood. Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. Definitely worth going back to. It has a cool atmosphere.

We had planned a New England trip for this early fall which has been canceled but this helped fill the flavor gap. We may vary our regularity at Jax these days with so many newer restaurants in Boulder in recent years, but old standbys like Jax are still in the rotation and I am so glad they are still here. amazing
