Next Door American Eatery

My friend and I ate here on a Friday afternoon. The table are nicely spread apart, and service was absolutely phenomenal. Jessica sat us, explained how the menu worked, and was available for questions and service throughout our meal. She really made us feel welcomed! The food was delicious and came out quickly, plus all serving staff were wearing masks and gloves. I felt very safe and cared for! I would love to come back and I would ask for Jessica.

Love the Kitchen Next Door. I've been coming here for years, often to work on my laptop, and it's alway super cozy, has delicious food, yummy drinks, and great energy. Only thing this time was that I got the Calamari (which I've had numerous times before) and it seemed like a smaller portion than normal, so I inquired about it and Jessica hooked it up and brought me another order on the house! She was super cool and also made my Central Park Smash cocktail - SO YUM. Next Door never disappoints!

It was odd actually. I think they are trying their best with everything going on. We had to order entirely on our phones with an app they ask us to download. The drink I ordered was too sweet for me, and the sauce on the shrimp was too sweet for me too. Maybe I'm just sensitive to how much sugar is in everything. Also, it automatically put in a tip amount and I wasn't able to control it. If I was able to ask a human for a drink or something I could understand the automatic 20% gratuity, but I was just ordering on my phone and nobody really checked on us or anything. I would have ordered a second drink but I didn't really want to deal with the app again. I may try again another time.

This is Boulder. The food is fast and delicious. The drinks leave no complaints. Great staff. Anything you need they are instantly on it. Very family friendly too. Try the Impossible burger. It’s awesome. When in Boulder definitely stop by the Kitchen Next Door. You can’t go wrong.

I'm willing to give give stars for the price of the happy hour IPA pitcher alone. We only tried two food items, but they were also good. Staff was hospitable and we felt welcomed there. Excellent restaurant. We will come again!
