Hi Michael, in response to your question of what could be done to get a 5 star review:nFirst I want to say I absolutely loved the style, energy, and environment that you guys have created. Especially for a brewery. Very unique and cool. A space I will definitely visit again, and I will bring family a friends!nAs for the 4 star review, we just simply had bad service from a bartender, unfortunately. It also gave us the impression that one of the ladies at the bar was intentionally ignoring us. Eventually we asked another to help us and she took care of us right away.nI recognized that we arrived right at open so naturally it will take longer to get your order in, but it didn't have to take over 15 minutes like it did (with no acknowledgement from the bartenders to reassure us that they will be back to take our order). I've been in customer service for a long time, and typically understand that it just gets like that some times, but this time I just didn't see a reason for it.

Beautiful outdoor patio and large distanced seating area. The prickly pear sour was awesome. Liked all the beers ud83cudf7a in our flight. Good service from friendly beer tenders. And the tacos ud83cudf2e Yum!

We stopped by on our way from Boulder. Being from out of town we didn’t know what to expect and picked a random brewery with a decent rating. The beer selection was very minimal, not sure if they were just out of a lot of their beers, but it was odd that there were very many specialty brews and not many of your lager type beers. I had an IPA, it was very good. Our friends had a flight of sours, 2 of the sours tasted likenpickle juice. The tacos were ok, the $5 chips and salsa was super disappointing for receiving the worlds smallest cup of salsa and a whole bag of chips. In addition the phone ordering is a hassle. Our friends were hungry but didn’t even order food because they couldn’t get the link to work on their phones. We would choice differently if we ever came to this area. Where we are from we know Mexican food and beer and none of this was very impressive.

Good size brewery with ample outdoor seating on the deck and backyard. Beer was good, especially the prickly pear. I wish there was more of a view than the train that’s sitting in the back, blocking the mountains. Dog-friendly though, so that’s a plus!
