Shady Montrose store! Brought shoes to counter that were marked on sale for 39.99 from 69.99. The shoes rang up as 69.99 and young male cashier argued that they were not on sale and left check out counter for a LONG time. Walked back to counter and stood by his original statement, that they were not on sale. I then walked back to shelf they were stationed on, and the sale sticker was REMOVED!!! He mumbled when it was mentioned as I walked back to checkout counter. Wont be back! And will encourage others to not take their business to this location! Dishonest and shady staff. I've made a complaint at corporate as well.

I don't have a problem with this store I bought these slippers on line I'm posting here because their website won't post certain things so you can't give an honest review! I've been buying all my shoes and accessories from Famous Footwear ever since Sports Authority went out of business. I've have bought a number of pair of these slippers and they have been very good, but this time I think they sold me a used pair. The inside of the slippers are bunching up under my toes like the inserts are not glued down. Plus the soles are dirty like I've been wear them out side for years and I've had them less then a month. I had to go buy a new pair at Target last week. Oh and it you try and contact customer service it will take 12 to 16 days for them to get back to you and I'm still waiting! Do not buy these slippers go to Target or Walmart and buy a pair. I'm think I'm going to start buying my shoes and slippers somewhere else.

The staff were very attentive! I had shopped online to make sure they had what I needed for work. The online price showed about $15 less then the store price. However when asked they were happy to match the price without dismay or attitudes! Which is a bonus when your on a budget , in a hurry and not a shopper... Lol

Dishonest staff.
