My boyfriend and I ate at Chili’s earlier today and I was sooo pleased!! Kennedy was AWESOME! So so friendly, very personable, all around just amazing.nI have a minor dairy allergy and I mentioned it to her. I noticed when I went to pay, she put “allergy” in the description. I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes. Later, a woman came out and informed me that there was a little bit of dairy in the mashed potatoes, and if I wanted to get something else. I told her it was okay as long as there isn’t cheese or sour cream (I can consume a little bit of milk, and butter is okay. Cheese and other dairy products creates stomach problems for me).nI was amazed by how attentive the staff was, and taking great care of me and my allergies!! This is my first time eating at a restaurant in which there was precaution about allergies. I’m still so thrilled and grateful!nI had to give Kennedy a 50% tip. She’s definitely the best server I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I would definitely come in again, and we also would ask for Kennedy again. Thanks Chili’s crew for an awesome experience!

Absolutely worst service I have ever gotten!! If no stars was an option I would use it. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes to be seated which I was ok with. It was a Friday night and all restaurants are at half capacity so we understood. After we were seated we waited 25 minutes and was never greated or drink order taken. After we watched 2 tables het seated and drinks after us we left. Applebees served us promptly and with amazing service!!

Haven't been to chili's in a long time due to there political standing. This chilies was serving local law enforcement and seemed proud to do it. I will be back, glad to see things have changed. Food was good staff was polite and quick

We are from out of town and our experience was great for the first time at a chili's. We came around 10 pm and our server was very friendly and our food was great.nHubby got the steak and I got the SW salad w/ chicken tortilla soup ud83cudf72

Always great servers & service, I am almost starting to become a regular & I appreciate the gratitude that is giving ,being i come in from out of town...
