I’ve been banking with WSECU for over 5 years, and have only had good experiences with the banking services and customer service. This weekend my card was used fraudulently overseas, which they declined transactions for, and working with customer service this morning was a breeze. I appreciate the new opt in fraud alerts, and the new checking account options.

Friendly customer service but their predatory lending practices alarm me.
This is the first bank/credit union i've ever been inspired to review, they are that good. All of the employees are unfailingly nice, and willing to do whatever it takes to see that I'm satisfied. One employee sat down with me years ago and walked me through how to raise my credit score, and then checked in with me through the next several months whenever I came in to see how it was going.nIf you have the opportunity to join WSECU, take it.
