How does opening the drive thru late and closing it early help with social distancing? Lobby restrictions, understandable. But the drive thru? You now have all customers trying to use it with less time to do so. We're not all off work with plenty of free time on our hands. Restore the hours, if anything expand them to make up for the loss of use for the lobby!

This ATM will take your debit card then the employees family members will use it & drain your bank account.
Told Gloria we were looking for a 3% down second home loan, explained I the husband would be living 10 months out of the year, asked if this fulfilled second home requirement for this program she said yes.nnHard pulled our credit, gave all the disclosures requested..nnDay before signing calls to tell us the 3% offer is off table and we will need 10% down to close. Our Credit Score is 732. We declined and reported to the AG.nnThis bank is just as shady as their parent company trying to bait and switch us like they did. AVOID THIS BANK LIKE THE PLAGUE.
The customer service here is so amazing, it makes you want to do back flips. The staff here operate on the idea that courtesy is still the most important thing in business, and they certainly don't disappoint when it comes to acting on that idea. The tellers are always friendly and helpful and the personal bankers are well-equipped with an extensive arsenal of financial knowledge weaponry. Marv got me set up with an account like a boss and opened my eyes to tools and services that I hadn't even been previously aware of in my blissful ignorance. When all is said and done, I feel so much more secure when banking at Wells Fargo.
