Closing the drive-thru service permanently and forcing you to come inside is a great decision, BoFA. Doing it *in the middle of a pandemic* is really next level genius. Is this a joke??

During this very difficult time of COVID, we had the pleasure of working with Aaron to set up an account, in a personal family emergency situation, for our handicapped sister. There were a lot of logistics to work through as we (our family) were hours away and Aaron thought out of the box, had us on a conference call with them and provided EXCELLENT customer service in a difficult situation.
