I went to cash a check to deposit it they told me they couldn't cash because of the amount why is it a issue to cash a check at my own bank
I've been with Umpqua Bank since around 2007 and this specific branch is the worst of all Umpqua Banks I've ever encountered (as far as availability). Most of the time they are closed during business hours which is very inconvenient especially since that is the branch nearest my location.
There app is horrible and you never get anyone on the phone.
Very Poor Customer Service! They need to revise their “Company Policies” if they ever want to gain more customers. They will never receive my business.
