Molly helped me over the phone twice and she was super helpful. She helped me navigate refinancing loans, paying off credit cards and my credit score shot up. Super courteous, helpful and went above and beyond. I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience with WSECU. Love them!
Their office hours say open, but doors are lock, won’t accept walk-ins even if they don’t have a costumer at that time. They want you to schedule for appointment by calling, I tried a couple of times, got on hold for more than 30min. still wasn’t able to get appointment. I can understand about the scheduling appointments to avoid too much traffic inside if there is.
The only bank ive been with that doesnt charge me ANY fees ever!!

We love this credit union! Their website is advanced beyond most credit unions, especially one based out of Alaska. They're always on top of things, and great customer service. And I have to say, it is super convenient having a WSECU ATM located in the lobby of my employer.
