Romano's Macaroni Grill

Clueless management. Went down the street to Delvickios a real Italian restaurant.

Food is good. Service was very slow, and there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant. Went to celebrate a 91st birthday, and we were never offered their signature birthday cake. This is why we've celebrated birthdays at Macaroni Grill for the past 20 plus years. It's a great little gift that they used to offer. Probably won't go back

Absolutely horrible experience! We made a reservation and during the time we were there the staff was setting up for a private event. It took our waitress 40 minutes to take our food orders, our waters were not refilled once, my order was wrong and when we asked a waitress (she was not our original waitress) to split our check she told us she would get our original waitress to split the check for us because she “didn’t get paid enough” to split a check in the system. I additionally ordered a to go salad to eat for lunch the next day and when I opened it there was a dead fly in it. I filed a complaint on the website and no one has yet to get back to me after almost a month and a half.

Service & Dinner was great!

I take my family to this restaurant quite a bit! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this place routinely. The food is of high quality, the crew is friendly and the cost is fair. I enjoy meeting in this spot to have a decent dinner.
