This is hands down the Best meat shop in the entire northwest!! Ryan is is outstanding at what he does, and his staff is awesome too! Cornett custom meat is a no-brainier!

We have been using cornetts for 9 years now. They are honest and do quality butchering. From the time of slaughter at your location to the pick up of your product, they are totally professional. They cut to your order and we have never been disappointed.

Love this place! Have had a couple steers processed by them and have had excellent experiences both times! Hamburger is best I’ve ever had-little fat and no gristle at all. Didn’t have to trim steaks/roasts as as have had to with other local butchers we have used in the past! We will continue to go back ... these guys are awesome!! Highly recommend them for any local fair purchases animals.
