Applebee's Grill + Bar

I think that Applebees is a great place because they really push customer service. A good friend and i stopped in after a stressful day for a drink to unwind. Although covid has not made it easy for most businesses. The crew that was working on this night was just really a great group. It wasnt busy at all but that was ok for me it wasnt noisy and it was just very enjoyable. There food is good i would not go as far as great but the customer service was what made the experience very very nice. They were not yo nice you know that wait staff person that just is a little to much. All very nice and yet still very professional not to strong. I was very satisfied with every thing. Thanks all you great people you really made a stressful night much better

Had a table of 7. Was seated promptly. Ordered our drinks took our order. Waited 15 mins for refill on our drinks. Then when the appetizers came out the were decent. But, when our food came my sisters food was cold, heated it up on the microwave. My shrimp was ice cold, potatoes were cold. My niece NEVER received her food and my brother in law ordered FF and got mashed potatoes. Paid for our drinks and left.

Service was great! Our server was super personable and friendly. He was very attentive. The food came out quickly and it was delicious.

Everybody was busy, granted one-person acknowledged my friend and I, but said that they would help us in in a few minute and then someone came through the doors and they noticed us, and sat us. It was about 5 minutes before anyone took our drink order. And then after they brought the drinks, they took our order. And then when we were eating the waiter came by about three times which was very nice. But when we wanted to check out it took him quite a bit of time.l

The hostess, servers, bartenders, managers, they're all kind and provide awesome service. This Applebee's is in a good location as well, not far from bars, pawn shops, stores, car services, and other restaurants.
